Web 2.0: Multimedia Blog Pre-Posting

I decided to take medical terminology this year. Mr. Mann is teaching that class. I assumed we would learn about anything that has to do with medical, the names of all illnesses, how sickness can be cured, etc. Within the these two weeks we have learned prefixes, suffixes, connecting word or vowel, and the root word for various medical terms. These words are made up in Greek and Latin. Some words have the same meaning, but use different context. Click Here to see the text book.

What's so interesting about medical terminology is learning the Latin and Greek word of that term. Technology is used in that class because we use systems to test patients if there's something wrong with them or not.  For example MRI's, cat scans, etc.

All we've talked about is different terms, and we have taken a quiz to see if we memorized the prefixes and suffixes of that term. Later on we started learning new words, we fill out packets by looking in the text book as a guide. Click Here to watch a video about medical terminology.
