If your purchased an iPod between September 12, 2006 and March 31, 2009 you might get a surprising email from RealNetworks. iPod owners in a class action lawsuit against Apple. RealNetworks is getting sued because in 2004 the company created Harmony a music service. Users were able to download songs from RealPlayer, on the Apple iPod. iPod users know that songs have to be downloaded from iTunes to be played on the Apple device. The lawsuit demanded that Apple disobeyed federal and state law by not purchasing songs on iTunes and that the songs came from Harmony. If you own first through four generation of nanos, second and third touches, first through third shuffle then your already included in the lawsuit.
